Spring Salt
It's still being stored and will be released on March 20, 2011.
Summer Salt
This lemon-based salt, mixed with dried herbs and spices, is great on roasted poultry or roasted or sautéed fish. The salt is refreshing even on fresh-fried French fries.
Fall Salt
Drunk on bourbon, this salt is tossed with fresh spices, such as allspice, and loaded with dried sage. Use it on brasied meat—it will add flavor to the meat and its cooking broth. This salt can also be used as a finisher salt on meat, and you can add it to butter to create a unique spreadable product. It's also great tossed with potato chips or even popcorn.
Winter Salt
Soaked in a mixture of dark molasses, Coca Cola, and herbal spices. This is one of the most unique salts we've ever made. It has the sweet and salty tastes people go crazy for. Winter salt is great for spiced nuts, cookies, or just add a touch to a bowl of ice cream. It's also great in soups, stews, or on any roasted meats for the holidays.
