FAQs and the Details of Supper Club

A: Due to the intimate size of our kitchen, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate dietary restrictions at this time. For severe allergies, please contact info@seasonalpantry.com at least 48 hours prior to your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate. In the case of certain allergies, some courses may have to be omitted. Though we have the utmost respect for our food and our diners, there is always a slight risk of cross contamination. Please note that for the current menu we are unable to accommodate vegan or vegetarian requests. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing your reservation.

A: The ticket includes a 20% service charge and XX% tax. There will be no payment due after dinner unless you add beverages or other items during your meal. In other words, once you arrive, you can just sit back, relax and let us serve you!
A: You can book up to six (6) guests at the same table. We can also host parties and private events up to eighteen (18) guests.
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate walk-ins, but we’ll post any last-minute availability on social media. In other words, a same-day reservation is possible, but only if we sent out a notice.
A: There’s no formal dress code and, while we want to make your meal a special event, we also want you to be comfortable. Guests usually wear a range from smart casual to special date night attire.
A: The general dining experience is approximately two and a half hours.
A: If you’re running late, please try to contact us at XXX-XXX-XXXX. When you do arrive, we will catch you up to the course being served at that time. If you’re late by 30 minutes or more, you may miss a course or two, but we’re still happy to have you join us.
A: If the state of New York issues warnings to stay off the roads, we’ll be closed for the evening and we’ll work with you to reschedule your dinner with us. We will be sure to communicate with you if bad weather is in the forecast. Be sure to include your phone number when purchasing your tickets.
A: Unfortunately, no. Just like a going to a show or sporting event, all sales are final.
A: Yes. Your ticket is completely transferable to another guest for the same date and time of your purchase. Anyone choosing to purchase tickets from a third party should email info@seasonalpantry.com to confirm the legitimacy of the ticket. Any tickets purchased on the secondary market are at your own risk. Please make sure to have the seller email us to confirm the transfer.
A: In order to properly transfer your ticket to another guest, please email the guest and info@seasonalpantry.com with the new guest’s information in the email. This will ensure the smoothest transition on the night of dining.
A: Well-mannered children are welcome. Keep in mind the length of the meal (2.5-3 hours) and the intimate atmosphere when deciding whether or not your children and the neighboring tables will enjoy their evening. Each child needs a full-priced reservation and will be served the same tasting menu as the adults.
