The Chef
From an early age, Daniel O’Brien, founder of Seasonal Pantry, was surrounded by fresh and local produce and developed a passion for cooking while preparing meals for his family. Choosing to follow his passion, Dan attended Paul Smith’s College and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts & Service Management and spent time in France learning classic cuisine and skills.
Bread Club
Join our Bread Club and receive a variety of homemade sourdough bread loafs.
Supper Club
Join us in the garden as we cook from our outdoor wood-fired grill. We will be bringing freshly grown and organic produce to you with a community of people to enjoy it with.
Private Events
Looking to have us host or cater an event? Seasonal Pantry offers catering, focused on creating customized menus just for you from the freshest ingredients.
Available Classes
Become acquainted and adept with the most classic and important of chef’s tools, and your time in the kitchen will be transformed.
This class will teach you the proper mixing, kneading and professional bread baking techniques to make delicious artisanal breads.
There’s nothing more delicious than fresh pasta, and making it yourself is even better. In this class, we will make a variety of shapes and sizes.

I’m always looking for the next thing. Are any chefs making cheese in their restaurants? If so what kinds? This is my first attempt at St. Marcellin a soft cows milk cheese found in France.
Working on a new ganache for our chocolates. Other ideas as well for this product. 10 months till Seasonal Pantry Supper Club reopens!
