Autumn Supper Club

Fall crops tend to be planted early and their taste is enhanced as the ground begins to cool and harden. We begin see pumpkins, parsnips, and other winter squash varieties in the bright fall harvest. We are able to enjoy the seasoning of fresh thyme and rosemary in our dishes. Fall is an exceptional time to enjoy rich charcuterie flavors and hang some of our favorite meats for next year’s feasts.
