Spring Supper Club

As the ground slowly softens in early spring, seedlings have started to sprout in anticipation of warmer weather and sun. The early bounty will consist of vegetables such as asparagus, spring onions, beet greens, Swiss chard and other lettuce varieties. As spring melds into summer, the harvest will include strawberries, peas, and beans.
