Winter Supper Club
During winter you can find us in the cellar amongst our collection of preserved canned fruits and vegetables from summer. This is the time for us to enjoy cured meats from the previous year at holidays, celebrating with friends and family. We warm up by taking the time to braise, make a hearty stew and enjoy pasta with a rich ragu.
